    1. Check space required 
      DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE CASTLE YOU HAVE HIRED?

    2. Check electricity required
      IS THERE A SAFE AND SUFFICIENT ELECTRICITY POINT WE HAVE EASY ACCESS TO?

    3. Check path to setup location, are there any steps?
      IS THE PATH WAY CLEAR, DO ANY ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED? IF YOU HAVE STEPS TO OVERCOME PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO US DELIVERING THE BOUNCY CASTLE.

    4. Will there be other items needed for setup?
      PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS WE MAY NEED TO DO PRIOR TO US LEAVING TO DELIVER YOUR CASTLE.

    5. Confirm at least 7 Days in advance if your Event is Cancelled.
      WE KNOW THING DON'T ALWAYS GO TO PLAN, BUT WE POLITELY ASK WHERE POSSIBLE TO GIVE US ATLEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITH US.
